Discover Wisconsin agriculture through a unique on-farm culinary experience. We invite you to taste Wisconsin's agricultural diversity, from farm to dinner table. This year's event is being held at Larson Acres Dairy, a sixth generation family farm in Evansville, WI.
Larson Acres Dairy is a modern dairy farm focused on quality, pride and family. The Wisconsin Farm to Table event will provide guests the opportunity to take wagon led tours of Larson Acres and enjoy a Wisconsin style social hour and dinner. Chef Tyler Sailsbury, the head chef and owner of the Black Sheep in Whitewater, will prepare the meal. Each course of the meal will be prepared with ingredients from local farmers who will be in attendance of the event. Wine and beer will be paired with each course for a full culinary experience.
A portion of the proceeds from the Wisconsin Farm to Table dinner will donated to Rock County Junior Holsteins, a chapter of the Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association. The Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association is a non-profit organization striving to increase knowledge and provide opportunities to youth by involvement in the Registered Holstein project.
